RETURN POLICY
Request a Return for an Online Order
We will accept items back for exchange or return on all regular priced items within a few days of package delivery confirmation.
To initiate a return, please visit our returns page to submit a request. You’ll need your order number and the email address you used to place the order, and then you can select the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return request is submitted, our Customer Experience team will get back to you as soon as possible upon review.
Approval may take several business days and requests may be declined if items do not satisfy the requirements of our Return Policy. Please note, Release Products, Raffle Products and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
Online Return Policy
Sale items and discounted/promotional merchandise are Final Sale, and are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation. This includes in-store pick up orders.
Any “refused” shipments are the customer’s responsibility. The original shipping charge, as well as the cost of return shipping, will be deducted from the original purchase amount and a restocking fee may apply.
Return time:Within 30 days after receiving the items.
We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
