Help, I need to update my address!
If it's outside business hours, please hit reply to your order confirmation email and add "ADDRESS" to the subject and we'll get to it first thing.
If you've received a notification that your order has already been packed up or you contact us and we’re unable to update the address, you can always set up a forwarding address.
My order was marked delivered but I can’t find it?
If this happens, please give it a few days and check with the neighbors just in case. Don’t worry, we will make sure that you get the ordered!
If it doesn’t show up in a few days and the neighbors can’t find it, reach out to us at e-mail.
Can I return my order?
You can return an order when the outer packaging is unopened right away by simply writing "return to sender" on the shipping label and putting the package back in your mailbox/handing it to your postal worker. Please do so within a few days of purchase. That way, the post office will bring it back to us and we can refund you the cost of it!
Help, I can't log in to manage my subscription!
If you are trying to manage your subscription settings, you can do so in a couple of ways:

Sign in or sign up for account! It's entirely possible you purchased a subscription as "guest" at check out. Try to login or create an account here.

We also send you a direct link to manage your subscription info in the reminder emails we send about your monthly box. Check your email for the welcome message or the reminder emails we send that you're about to be charged - you'll find the link there too!
Hot tip: Save that link to your bookmarks, so you can easily manage your subscription.
